Manufacturing and Quality Control
Reliable inspection images depend on the complete system: optics, lighting, seals, connectors, cable or pushrod, monitor, control electronics, power supply and mechanical structure. Our quality-control process therefore checks both individual components and the assembled system.
Every product is 100% tested before shipment and undergoes at least 48 hours of aging testing. Depending on the product type and rated application, inspection can also include waterproof testing, pressure testing, image and recording checks, lighting tests, cable and connector checks, control-function tests, charging and battery checks, and a final appearance and accessory review.

- Assembly control - Technicians follow the model configuration and verify connections, seals and mechanical fit.
- Functional testing - Camera image, lighting, monitor, recording, controls, cable reel and optional functions are tested.

- Aging testing - Completed systems undergo at least 48 hours of aging testing to identify unstable components or connections.
