One compact system with a sophisticated design, equipped with two cable reels and two high-performance camera heads. The innovation of this Sewer Video Camera Inspection system is that users can operate cameras of different specifications on the same device simultaneously to meet diverse inspection needs. Specifically, this sewer camera supports two specifications of camera heads, 23mm and 14mm or 18mm, allowing operators to freely choose the appropriate camera for inspection according to the size and inspection needs of the pipe.
This design is particularly suitable for occasions where inspection tasks need to be performed in various pipe types and environments. The 23mm camera is suitable for larger diameter pipes, while the 14mm and 18mm cameras are more suitable for smaller pipes or narrow spaces that are difficult to reach. With this design, users can flexibly switch between different cameras without changing equipment, greatly improving work efficiency and adaptability.

We provide a one-year quality guarantee, lifetime maintenance for our cameras. Failures due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
1. Immediate Defects: If you encounter any defects in the camera right after receiving it, please capture a video of the issue and send it to us. We'll promptly provide you with a new replacement part at no additional cost.
2. Used Cameras: For cameras that have been in use and later developed issues within the warranty period, we have two options for you:
Option 1: Send us the defective part, and we'll repair it for you under the one-year warranty. There might be a repair fee if new materials are needed for replacement. There won't be a repair fee if no new materials are required. Normally, the customer covers the shipping cost to send us the broken part, and we'll return it at our expense.
Option 2: Purchase a new part. We understand that cameras are used in demanding applications and environments, subject to normal wear and tear. Hence, we provide comprehensive instructions in video and PDF formats, along with all the necessary spare parts for daily repairs. Our sewer cameras are designed with modular components, enabling users to conduct their repairs using simple hand tools easily. All components are plug-and-play and can be readily replaced.
Remarks:
1. Once customers identify the problem, please take some photos/videos and send them to us via email info@bestdertech.com OR WhatsApp +(86)-186-6531-5008 or other methods.
2. After our technicians review the photos/videos, we will supply: Spare parts and technical help.
3. In some situations, if the customers themselves can't solve the problem, customers can send damaged parts back to us.
4. To save shipping costs, we suggest you order some extra parts for future use and send back all faulty parts at one time.
